I try to ensure the goods are dispatched within 3 working days from receipt of
payment and goods are sent using a signed for postal service.

I hope you will be entirely satisfied with your purchase but if not please contact
me within 7 days of receiving the item informing me you would like to return it
and want a refund.

An item must be returned within 14 days, in its original packaging, in perfect
condition and at the buyer’s expense. Please ensure that goods are returned
using a recorded signed for delivery service.
